Nervous Patients Support System

At Premident we have a modern and different approach to supporting nervous patients.

We genuinely believe that no one tries harder to help nervous patients overcome their fears than we do. Our success rate of working with nervous patients and helping them to actually enjoy their treatments and enjoy the benefits of modern dentistry is phenomenally high.

Familiarisation

Before any commitment to proceed with treatment, we offer nervous patients an enormous amount of support. We invite them to our welcoming clinic where they can enjoy a half hour discussion with one of our nervous patient support team.

During that session the patient can explain their fears and their concerns.


Tailored Support

We will then tailor a solution or 'support path' to address the specific concerns of that patient. It may involve choosing a form of sedation, it may just require speaking to our nervous patients coach.

IV sedation

A pain-free injection which makes you feel like you're asleep, without actually being asleep. This means that you are unaware of what is going on around you, but can still follow the dentist's instructions. Most people have no recollection of the treatment afterwards, making it perfect for anxious or nervous patients.
